LEOX Professional Return and Refund Policy

At LEOX Professional, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from our store. Because our products are personal grooming items, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

We accept returns only on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of grooming and styling products, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tested, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

Opened grooming products
Used styling products
Items damaged due to misuse
Products returned without approval
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by our mistake
